watched wanted at bugis shaw. ticketing aunty asked me my age. i forgot momentarily how old i was. answered 23. hope that’s the correct age, think again, yes i’m 23. rated violence and some sexual scenes. the cinematography’s cool. there’s some matrix slow mo effects in there. james mcavoy of narnia: the lion, witch and wardrobe stars as wesley gibson, angelina jolie as fox and morgan freeman as sloan (alias?). freeman’s got a very good voice, good for narration.

scenes that i like:
- where bullet goes 360 and kill each fraternity member, fox wasn’t spared
- special bullet is of spiral design
- cross and wesley bullets “kill” each other. when they meet, they sort of merged.
- when fox came back to the textile factory, sloan waiting for her behind the doors, she said “We trained him well”.
- super cool gun designs
- fox’s flora vine like tattoo at thumb complements the design on her gun
- bullets can curve (the same technique when you twist your hand before releasing bowling ball to hit christmas tree/bedpost combinations)
- at end of the show wesley reminded “what the fuck have you done lately?” from account manager he “traded” his life to become an assasin
- what we see as a weaving mistake from a tapestry can become a code, a name of an individual
- a sniper like gun with an extremely long barrell can kill a target from many many many blocks away
- wesley soak in what looks like wax to heal wounds and bruises
- when fox came out of wax tub sans clothes, see jolie’s myriad of tattoo designs and butt. she’s skinny.
- cross’ secret room
- sloan’s secret room, neverending shelves
- the textile factory’s like some castle/fortress
- after repeatedly “tortured” (as part of training to toughen candidates) wesley said he wanted to know who he was
- “torture” training include getting punched in the face, fighting with knives with butcher at an abbatoir, firing curved bullets, chasing fox on a moving train
- kill one to save thousands
- wesley had “panic attacks” and require pills to keep him in control. when he met sloan, sloan said it wasn’t “panic attacks” that wesley suffered from. something about 400 heart beats, the ability to move fast, just like his father.
- the guy that the fraternity had to kill was wesley’s father. all this while he thought his father was the guy who got killed on top of skyscraper. in the supermarket, his father (cross) was actually protecting him from falling into the hands of fox and gang.
- wesley attracted rats with peanut butter and released them by attaching a ticking bomb on each. unfortunately not enough to bring the whole place down.

ofcourse 23 is the right age to watch the film, but make sure you have guts to bear the stunts, some are too brutal.
